Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz endeavors to make the websites of the domain “uni-mainz.de” accessible. The legal basis for this is the State Inclusion Act (Landesinklusionsgesetz, InklG RP) and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance Rhineland-Palatinate (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung Rheinland-Pfalz, BITV RP). <\/p>\n\n\n<\/jgu-base-heading>\n\n\n\n

The websites of the domain “uni-mainz.de” are currently designed to be accessible from a technical point of view. In the course of the university-wide website relaunch, an adaptation of the framework layout and barrier-free access is planned. A prior change to the design of the websites represents a disproportionate burden on Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in accordance with Section 7 (3) LGGBehM, so that it is exempt from the obligation of barrier-free access within the meaning of Section 7 (1) LGGBehM. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/jgu-base-heading>\n\n\n\n
